ApexRankOS is currently in early access. This website is for informational purposes and to collect interest from players and league operators ahead of launch — it does not provide a live, self-serve product yet. Joining the waitlist or submitting an inquiry does not guarantee access, a specific launch date, or any particular pricing.
You must be at least 18 years old to submit information through this site. If you are submitting a league operator inquiry on behalf of a venue or business, you confirm you're authorized to do so.
You agree not to use this site to submit false, misleading, or abusive information, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or its underlying systems, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The ApexRankOS name, logo, and all site content are the property of ApexRankOS and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
This site and any information on it are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Because ApexRankOS is in early access, features, pricing, and launch timing described on this site are subject to change.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApexRankOS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold ApexRankOS harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of this site, your submissions, or your violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to remove any submission, deny access, or terminate your ability to use this site at our discretion, including for violations of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ApexRankOS regarding your use of this site, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
We may assign or transfer these terms, in whole or in part, without restriction. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms without our consent.
