ApexRankOS is a dynamic skill-based ranking and league management platform for competitive sports, starting with pool and billiards. It gives players a verified rating and standings, and gives league operators automated scheduling, standings, and white-label branding for their venue.

Billiards and 8-Ball leagues are live today with full standings, handicaps, and match tracking. Other cue sports, such as 9-Ball, 10-Ball, One Pocket, etc., as well as darts, disc golf, and PoolBall (FootPool) are in development and coming soon — join the waitlist to be notified when they launch.

Every player has a Skill Level (SL) rating with a corresponding Fargo style RTG that updates after each match using an ELO-based system — beating a higher-rated opponent earns more than beating a lower-rated one. Standings, handicap calculator, and matchmaking are all driven by this rating, so it stays accurate as players improve.

League admins or team captains can log results as matches are played, individually or in bulk. Once entered, results immediately feed into ratings, standings, handicap calculator and player history — no manual recalculations ever needed.

Current-season standings, ratings, and match history are publicly viewable by anyone with your league's link — no login required, so results are easy to share and check.
