This policy explains what information ApexRankOS collects through this website, how it's used, and how it's protected. ApexRankOS is currently in early access — this policy will be expanded as the product launches and new features are added.
We only collect what you choose to give us through the forms on this site:
We do not use tracking cookies or collect data automatically from visitors who don't submit a form.
We use the information you submit to notify you about early access, follow up on league operator inquiries, and respond to support requests. By submitting the waitlist or inquiry forms, you consent to being contacted by ApexRankOS for these purposes. You can opt out of future communications at any time by contacting us through the Support page. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
We retain the information you submit for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose it was collected for — for example, until early access launches and you've been contacted, or until you request deletion. You can request deletion at any time through the Support page.
Form submissions are stored with Supabase, our database provider, which encrypts data both in transit and at rest. Access to submitted data is restricted to the ApexRankOS team. In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.
Your information may be stored and processed in a country other than the one you live in. By using this site, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing.
If ApexRankOS is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We'll notify you if this results in a materially different use of your data.
This site may use third-party infrastructure providers (such as hosting and database services) solely to operate the site and store form submissions. These providers do not have independent rights to use your data beyond providing that service to us.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by reaching out through the Support page. We'll respond to your request within 30 days.
If you're a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information.
ApexRankOS is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
We may update this policy as ApexRankOS grows. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
