How to use ApexRankOS once you're in a league — for players, captains, and admins.

Tap your name anywhere it appears — Standings, History, a teammate's Rivals list — to open your profile. You'll see your current Skill Level (SL) and Rating (RTG), win/loss record, recent games, and any achievements you've earned (break & runs, black-ball breaks, and more).
Your SL/RTG is ELO-based and recalculates automatically after every match — beating a higher-rated opponent earns more than beating a lower-rated one. Within a match, every ball potted and every break & run also feeds into your points for that game.
Open any player's profile and tap "⭐ Mark as Rival" to start tracking your head-to-head record against them. Your Rivals tab shows your toughest matchups first (lowest win% against them), with a "Show all" toggle if you've marked more than a handful.
From your own profile, set a target — like a rating milestone or a stat you want to hit — and track your progress toward it over time.
Go to the Log tab. Use Single Entry for one match at a time, or Bulk Entry to log several at once after a match night. Player pickers support search — type part of a name or nickname and it'll find them instantly instead of scrolling a long list.
In the Teams tab, open your team and assign players to roster positions. Changes save instantly — no separate save button needed.
In the Teams tab, use the Venues section to add locations and pool tables, and the Divisions section to set up your competitive tiers. Assign each team's home venue and division from its own team card — both save instantly on change.
Use the "Filter by division" dropdown on the Teams tab to see every team in one division at a glance, or leave it on "All divisions" to see every team grouped by division in collapsible sections.
In the Matches tab's Schedule section, pick a season and start date, preview the round-robin matchups, then generate. Need to redo it? A "Clear Schedule" button removes everything for that season so you can regenerate cleanly, instead of deleting matches one by one.
The Tournaments tab generates single or double-elimination brackets with automatic seeding and byes based on current ratings. Works for standalone events as well as end-of-season playoffs.
The Payout Calculator handles prize splits for tournament winnings or season-end cash awards, so you're not doing percentage math by hand.
In Settings, set your league name, logo, and accent colors — your venue's branding, not a generic template.
